Jernbolaget Chisels

The very first Swedish chisel that caught my interest was a Jernbolaget that belonged to my Dad. That chisel was probably the reason that I started collecting, using, and writing about Swedish chisels.

It’s a bit odd then, I suppose, that it’s taken me so long to write much about Jernbolaget in Eskilstuna, Sweden . It’s even odder, considering how much information I have about that company, its history, and its products.

I guess it’s time to get started with a few posts under the “Jernbolaget” heading. Eventually I plan fill this page with some of the information I’ve gathered over the past few years.
